Homemade Liqueurs
Making Homemade Liqueurs, Cordials and other alcoholic infusions, is not difficult, the hardest thing is waiting for them to be ready. There are a huge number of homemade liqueur recipes to try from simple fruit liqueurs such as limoncello, to more common liqueurs such as your own version of Baileys, Kahlua, Amaretto and Advocaat.
Some liqueurs can be ready in a matter of days such ones made with strawberries or nearly a year with fruits like sloe. The process is usually just infusing fruit and/or other ingredients in strong alcohol such as Vodka, Gin, or even Whisky with sugar and leaving it in a dark, cool cupboard for it to mature.
