Barbeque
Whether you call it Barbecue, Barbeque, BBQ, Bar-B-Que, Barbie, churrasco, grilling or smoking, cooking food outdoors is a great way to get back to a simpler way of life when there was only a fire to cook meat and people got together in groups to enjoy it.
Though the origin of the word 'barbeque' is not really known, the myth of French visitors to the Caribbean seeing a pig being cooked whole and called the method 'barbe à queue', meaning 'from beard to tail' has become popular.
